  • One Wedding Coordinator and one Coordinator assistant will be provided for 10 hours of service on your wedding day (additional hours of service may be added at $50.00 per half hour, an additional assistant can be added for a fee of $250.00, additional overtime will apply if another assistant is added.)

  • Wedding Coordinator or assistant to attend and coordinate rehearsal (TBD based on the agreed scheduled date between all parties )

  • Prepare the wedding timeline (2-3 hour in-person scheduled meeting with clients before the event date)

  • Manage wedding vendors - per your instructions – Tara Leigh Events will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions

  • Manage and book wedding vendors (facilitate day of the wedding) per your instructions – Tara Leigh Events will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day and process leading up to your wedding to assist vendors with any problems or questions

  • Examine, negotiate and finalize vendor contracts

  • Unlimited phone calls and emails

  • Examine your plans and help finalize all wedding details and logistics for the big day on anything you may be forgetting

  • Up to 8 Scheduled in-person meetings

  • Finalize personal touches and creative concepts

  • Finalize and help seek any additional vendors still needed to facilitate the wedding day

  • Walk-through of the venue to execute a floor plan of the wedding

  • Manage the wedding party

  • Guidance on Wedding Etiquette

  • Oversee and Guide on Budget Tracker if needed

  • Manage vendor and décor setup at ceremony and receptions sites

  • Organize and distribute all personal flowers to the wedding party, family members, and special guests

  • Facilitate the wedding ceremony

  • Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony

  • Oversee ushers and guest book attendants

  • Make sure that all members of the wedding party are looking picture perfect

  • Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions

  • Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during the reception

  • Ensure payment of vendor tips and balances

  • Pack up any personal or rented items, gifts/cards and ensure they go in the designated vehicle

  • Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise

  • See off the bride and groom
